Toilet & Locker Room Upgrade
Duffy Contractors were appointed to renovate 700m2 of existing storage space to new toilets and locker rooms space at a large confidential facility. Works consisted the removal of walls, floors and ceilings with installation of new partitions, fireproofing, flooring and ceilings along with fixtures, fittings and furniture.

- Phased project maintaining site functionality during works

- Civils works for new drainage layout and installation of manholes
