Duffy Contractors were awarded the contract by Portakabin for the fitout works on the Mace/Facebook CLN5 temporary compound in Clonee, Co. Meath. The total floor area of the project was over 5200 M2 and the project consisted of circa 150 modular units double stacked and linked together to form one unit. The structure consisted of open plan office space, meeting rooms, single offices, storage rooms, toilets, changing rooms, and a large cafeteria.
Scope of Works:
The fitout included all Stud Partitions, plasterboard, suspended ceilings, painting and all carpentry and associated works (including a bespoke front reception desk/column casings and window reveals).
For this project we also provided Project Management Services and Health and Safety Management Services to Portakabin for the duration of the project.
