Chemical Room Construction
Duffy Contractors were appointed to provide new Chemical Rooms at a large confidential facility. The area had previously been used as a warehouse space which required extensive works to the concrete floor and slab to form chemical trenches.
Scope of Works:
- Concrete floor cutting and coring
- Civils excavations and rubble removal
- Electrical plant used in indoor area
- Shuttering and pouring new concrete trenches
- Installation of steel grating to trenches
- Chemical Resistant Coatings applied to floors
- Small office area provided
- Supply and install of signage, fixtures, fittings and painting
- Zero impact to factory production
